Sheepvention is Hamilton’s largest farming event, with over 25,000 visitors attending the show in regional Victoria. ADSign worked closely with the Hamilton Pastoral and Agricultural Society from 1998 to 2003, developing a vibrant website presence. An intuitive site navigation system had to be developed to make it a breeze for the rural audience and exhibitors to locate what they required.
The website would allow the Hamilton P & A Society to market their new website address in printed material, listing relevant updated information immediately as it became available. In 2003, Sheepvention celebrated its 25th anniversary and AdSign had a clear plan. Create something simple, elegant and memorable. The site reached these expectations as ADSign crafted one of the first interactive website of its kind.
The site would allow for live results to be entered and displayed, together with up-to-date event information and media releases. ADSign utilised a unique SV blue colour scheme that was developed to match printed material and advertising campaigns of the time.
